Polo Electrical has partnered with various programs and organisations, to ethically promote social upliftment in local communities and the economy at large. Individuals from these communities are given the opportunity of hands-on experience, with clear roles that comprise of projects on-site, and team members who report directly to them. This responsibility is the key component of the training process, giving individuals first-hand experience on the field, as well as a preview of the weight that their abilities, expertise and decision-making skills carry onsite.
